Tecumseh Mall is here to help your Non-Profit Organization reach fundraising goals. We welcome local non-profit organizations to set up a community booth within the mall every year, helping to raise awareness of their brand and values, and most importantly, needed funding to continue their charity mission and goals. Tecumseh Mall has helped raise funds over $88,000 since 2019 for non-profit groups who have taken advantage of reaching out to the local community by their presence at Tecumseh Mall.

Tecumseh Mall has several locations within the shopping mall for a set up, no larger than 10' x 10' space, for all non-profit, non-denominational registered charities with a valid non-profit number.
 
Please note we require 6-8 weeks of notice prior to booking space within the shopping centre. Space is limited and is allocated on a first come, first serve basis.


STEP #1: Here's what we need to know in order to consider your group.

WHAT do you hope to do with the space provided to you by Tecumseh Mall?
WHO will be the contact person for the group?
WHERE can we get in touch with that person?
WHEN does your organization prefer to have a display at the mall?

We'll also need to know in advance about any other additional requirements (such as hydro, or phone lines) and a description or photo of your display.

STEP #3: If your group is accepted, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If there is space available during the dates that you have requested, your contact person will be notified.

  • A Community Booking Agreement will be sent to them. This contract must be read, signed and returned at least one week prior to occupancy.

  • We will also require a liability insurance certificate with at least $5 million in coverage.

  • Please note that tables, skirting and chairs are supplied by Tecumseh Mall on a first come, first serve basis.


IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS

These very important rules must be followed while you are in Tecumseh Mall:

  1. Displays MUST be set-up prior to mall opening and removed only after mall hours. The current hours of operation are: Mon-Fri 10:00am - 8:00pm, Sat 10:00am – 6:00pm, Sun 11:00 – 5:00pm, plus all holiday and extended hours if applicable.

  2. All equipment/supplies must be brought in through the promo/delivery doors, NOT through mall customer entrances.

  3. All displays in the mall should be aesthetically appealing and very PROFESSIONAL in appearance.

  4. Displays be manned at ALL times.

  5. All signage, posters, labels and price tags must be professionally made. NO HANDWRITTEN signs will be permitted.

  6. All tables must be skirted in flame-retardant fabric and are supplied by Tecumseh Mall on a first come, first serve basis.

  7. Accumulation of garbage is not permitted.

  8. Extension cords, wires and ropes along the floor must be covered by a rubber mat to prevent accidents. Tape is not permitted.

  9. NO SOLICITING of any kind is permitted on the property.

  10. Displays must not exceed 5 ft in height, 10 ft in width, and 15 ft in length.

  11. NO HELIUM BALLOONS of any kind are permitted.

  12. The selling of any goods at mall entrances is prohibited.
